The Sulamani Temple is an ancient Buddhist pagoda located in Minnanthu village close to old Bagan in Myanmar. It is one of the most famous prominent temples among tourists known for its tiered Burmese architecture. Sulamani Pagoda was built by King Narapatisithu in 1183 and was inspired by the architecture of Dhammayangyi Temple. Thatbyinnyu Temple is a 12th-century Buddhist temple located in the old city of Bagan in Myanmar. It is the tallest of all the pagodas in Bagan, consisting of over 21 storeys. Situated next to Ananda temple, it is one of the most famous tourist attractions in the town. Thatbyinnyu was built during the reign of King Alaungsithu. It follows the Burmese style of architecture but is unique when it comes to the structure of the tower, which is stepped and is built on a square-shaped base. The temple has two primary storeys. Yandabo is a village located on the banks of the Ayeyarwady river close to the city of Bagan in Myanmar. It is known for a traditional method of pottery practised by the people of this village, which is also one of their primary sources of livelihood. It is also a historical site as it was the venue where a treaty was signed between the British and the Burmese in 1826. Tourists can take up a boat tour to Yandabo from Bagan or Mandalay, where they will get to witness pottery making and the village life on the river banks.
