Pantai Lepang
Located in Klungklung regency, Bali, the road to Pantai Lepang is surrounded by paddy fields and plantations on either side, giving you a glimpse of rural Bali before you reach Lepang's black-sand shores. An emerging tourist spot, Lepang beach offers a coastline ideal for cycling, a beautiful sunset, sunbathing and swimming opportunities, and local delicacies served by the 'warungs' scattered across its sands.
The emergence of large beach resorts has slightly dampened the untouched, serene qualities that the beach used to be defined by. The trees lining the beachside, along with the fishing boats moored on the beach, make for a wonderful sight, starkly set against the black-sand beach. It is also a popular beach for watersport activities such as snorkelling.

Pantai Masceti
Located in Medahan village in Giyanar district, Masceti beach is the epitome of tranquillity. The shimmering black sands and mossy rocks invite you to spend your day laying in the sun and enjoying the view. Apart from a few local shops scattered across the beach, there is very little commercialisation here; Ideal for a quiet stay away from the overcrowded Bali beaches.
Pantai Masceti is one of Bali's nine sacred directional temples that are located right on the beach. The temple is built in a beautiful shape of the garuda bird (mythical bird) and is decked in bold statutory and designs. The beach acquires its name from this temple which acts as a refuge for all Hindus in Bali.

Pantai Patra Jasa
Pantai Patra is a hidden treasure in Bali, which is less crowded and the best place to relax and enjoy some quiet time peacefully. There is shade at the beach owing to the beautiful palm trees which is coupled with food stalls selling some delicious treats to enjoy a lovely stroll on the beach. The lesser crowd and peace makes it an ideal spot for couples who are on the lookout to spend some intimate time with each other.
An obscure beach located next to the airport, Pantai Patra Jasa is ideal for taking a leisurely stroll while the waves crash at your feet. The beach is rarely crowded, and one can watch the planes take off and land from there. A few stalls sell refreshments to the visitors.

Pantai Pering
Located in Pering, Blahbatuh district in Giyanar, Pering beach features glittering black sands and clear blue waters for relaxing on a sunny day. Surfers too can take advantage of the breaks here, and the beach is also home to the temple Pura Segara Wilis. Pering is not too crowded or congested, and is ideal for a de-stressing after a long day.
One of the more off-beat beaches in Bali, Pering beach is often overshadowed by its more famous sibling Saba Beach. Pering Beach is also famous as a surfing beach for its good surf breaks. Horses can also be found on the Pering Beach which can be taken on horse-rides around.

Pantai Purnama
About 11 kms from Gianyar city lies Pantai Purnama or Purnama beach, a stunning black sand beach best known for the tranquil setting it offers under the full moon. The coral reefs and rock formations add to the scenic beauty, while the remoteness of the beach ensures its cleanliness. Despite the enchanting vibe, this beach is not favourable for swimming and surfing.

Unlike the other overcrowded Balinese beaches, Pantai Purnama is a small black sand beach that offers a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere for its visitors. Apart from photography, fishing, sunbathing and picnicking, visitors can enjoy water adventures here as well.
Purnama beach is also known for its unique shrine consisting of a stack of pyramid-shaped reef rocks, some statues, and a few traditional white and yellow Balinese umbrellas. According to an old legend, these mixed bits added by the locals is now considered sacred. Located in Banjar Lumpang Telabah, Sukawati Village, Gianyar Village, Bali, Pantai Purnama beach is an incredibly serene and stunning place to visit and have fun during one’s visit to Bali.

Pantai Selegimpak
Pantai Selegimpak is a straight white sand beach located in Nusa Lembongan island. Mostly used as a stopover to Mushroom Bay, the beach has guesthouses and a few warungs (food shacks) that serve snacks. Ideal for swimming and snorkelling unlike many of Bali's surfing beaches, the beach also features a tiny cove at its eastern end.
Pantai Siyut
Just 300m of the coast road to Kusamba, Pantai Siyut in Guyana is a secluded spot to enjoy the panoramic view of the ocean without the congestion and activity of Bali's typical touristy beaches. Mostly deserted, it is recommended you bring a parasol to sunbathe here and enjoy the tranquillity since the beach has almost no tourist infrastructure and the closest house is 100m away.
A favourite amongst surfers that are in the know, Siyut Beach is known for its strong and powerful breaks that make for great surf. However, this also means that it is not the ideal beach for swimming and a close eye should be kept on those that do enter the water. Huble 'warungs' that serve fresh seafood can also be sporadically found Siyut Beach's beautiful black sands, and offer the perfect place to get some lunch or snacks.

Pantai Tanjung Sanghyang
Located in the Nusa Lembongan island just off the coast of Bali, Pantai Tanjung Sanghyang is a stunning white sand beach, famous for its corals and watersports. Mostly filled with parasailers and banana boaters, the beach has been nicknamed Mushroom Bay after the mushroom corals found just off the shore. The crescent-shaped beach is a relaxing getaway from the more crowded waters of Bali.
During the day, banana boaters throng the pristine white sand beaches. A trail connecting Jungutbatu beach to Mushroom Bay is one of the popular activities that the beachgoers partake in.

Pasar Badung is known popularly as an open-air market. The market is known to be one of the busiest markets located in Denpasar City, just a few kilometres from the city centre. The market is huge and is known to be contributing as a major source in the country’s economy.
