River Cruise Battambang
Taking river cruises is one of the most famous tourist activities for people visiting Battambang city in Cambodia. The boat cruises on the Sangker River takes you through Cambodian countryside consisting of fishing villages, palm trees, and lush paddy farms. There are also sunset cruises, which will let you witness the beautiful sunset and the way the colours appear on the horizon.
There are non-motorized small wooden boats that can be rented for around 4 USD and a speed boat for about 5 USD per hour. There are private as well as group tours, and sometimes you can combine the river cruise with other water sports in the Sangker river like Kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming and sailing. Romcheik5 Artspace is a contemporary art museum located in the provincial town of Battambang in Cambodia. It is the country's first museum dedicated to developing contemporary arts.
