Kutch Fossil Park
The Kutch Fossil Park was established in 2002 by Mohan Singh Sodha, an Army Veteran and a passionate fossil collector. He solely gathered and showcased this unique historic preserve for about half a century now.
Filling about 2 whole rooms now, these fossils range from fruits and animals to gems and even a dinosaur's egg! The park also houses various other relics from the Jurassic time. However, since it was a former personal project, this desert fossil park may not be as visually informative as other museums and may require the visitor to do their prior homework on these artefacts. Nonetheless, the Kutch Fossil Park is an intriguing site and one of its kind in the country. The park is also a great viewpoint for the Rann of Kutch river when its full.

Living and Learning Design Centre is an 8-acre crafts resource and educational campus developed to protect, preserve and promote the traditional Kutchi crafts. The centre also provides training and support to the local craftsperson to keep their craft alive and reach the worldwide market through their studios, gallery and museum to enhance their source of income.

Mata no Madh
Mata no Madh is a temple dedicated to Maa Ashapura and is located 138 kilometres from the city of Bhuj in Gujarat. Mata no Madh is an ancient temple dedicated to the Kuldevi of Jadeja and is situated to the west of Kakkadbhit. The original 1200-year-old temple was demolished twice due to earthquakes.
The temple that stands strong today has been built by Sunderji Saudagar. This structure has been constructed with more grandeur and better dimensions. The main temple stands out in the skyline of Bhuj and creates a breathtaking view for visitors. Several important religious activities are carried out at Mata No Madh and a number of Hindu festivals like Diwali, Navratri etc. are celebrated with great enthusiasm.

Narayan Sarovar Sanctuary
Situated at 125km drive away from Bhuj, Narayan Sarovar Sanctuary covers an area of about 444 sq. km. and is one of the distinct eco-system in the Kutch district of Gujarat state. Also known as Narayan Sarovar Chinkara Sanctuary, it is a home to number of mammals such as chinkara, the endangered Indian wolf, wildcats, desert foxes, honey badger and wild boar.
Tourists can also see around 184 distinct species of birds in this sanctuary including waterfowl, black partridge, houbara bustard, lesser florican and great Indian bustard. Around 252 kinds of plants can be found in the sanctuary like gorad, babul, kerdo and more.

Pirotan Island
Pirotan Island spreads over an area of 3 square kilometres and is one of forty-two islands in the marine park area, nestled within the vicinity of the Marine National Park in the Jamnagar district of Gujarat on the western coast. As part of the first marine national park - the Gulf of Kutch Marine National Park, established in 1982, Pirotan Island offers an undisturbed rendezvous with nature in its abode. It is one of the two islands in the area which is normally permitted for tourists and visitors, Narara Island being the other one.
With only a handful of people living here which includes people from the forest department, Mujhavar at the Khwaja Khizer Dargah and a couple of people from the lighthouse, this enchanting island is much away from human habitation and way of life and comes close to being ideal if you are looking for a secluded getaway. Although visits require permits from the local Forest Department, Customs & Ports Department, the hassle is entirely worth it. The island is a secluded getaway from the hubbub and commotion of daily life and deserves a space on your bucket list!

Located on the outskirts of the ethnic town of Bhuj, Prag Mahal is one of the architectural wonders in India. Built-in the 19th century, it is established next to the popular Aina Mahal and lies in the heart of the city making it easily accessible. Shri Swaminarayan Temple
Originally built in the year 1822, Shri Swaminarayan Temple was the first of many Sampradey Swaminarayan temples.
But the 2001 Bhuj earthquake destroyed much of this temple, except for the many divine deities and thereafter, a new temple was constructed where all the divine idols where moved. Located in Bhuj, Near Hamirsar lake, it is an architectural masterpiece built from marble and is a stunning place to visit. The completely white structure of the temple is surely going to be a treat to your eyes.

Vande Mataram Memorial
Located at a distance of 10 kms from Bhuj, in the village of Bhujodi in Gujarat, Vande Mataram Memorial is a museum and one of the top tourist attractions in the city. Sprawling over 12 acres of land area, the memorial is built by the Ashapura Foundation to commemorate the most important struggles faced by the Indian soldiers right from the Revolt of 1857 to the Freedom Movement of 1947. It is a tribute to the brave and fearless freedom fighters of India.
The highlight of the complex is the main museum that is designed to replicate the Indian Parliamentary Building. The building is a product of combined input given by architects, historians, sculptors and artists and it took 4 years to be built. It has a total of 17 rooms with several historical depictions from 1600 to 1947 through 4D technique in 17 episodes.
