For all those who are enthusiastic about historical sites and structures, this one is a delight for you. It is a marquee supported by 84 pillars. The marquee was built in 1683 by Rao Anirudh Singh to honor the services of Deva, who was a nurse. This structure stands on a tall podium, and has two storeys, which serve as a commemorative monument as well as a place of worship respectively. The second storey of this patio is based on a flat roof structure with a large round curved roof in the center surrounded by four small domes on each cornice of the roof. Among all the palaces around the Taragarh Fort, the Chatar Mahal is possibly the best. It was built in the year 1660 by Chatar Sal, and bears a strong proof of the state of independence that the Rajput rulers enjoyed from Mughal power.

The Hathi Pol is an entrance into the Garh Palace of Bundi. Two enormous gates are seen at the end of a steep climb to this palace. Pol, which literally means Door, The Hathi Pol is a massive entrance that has two trumpeting elephants that form an arc. Rao Ratan Singh built this arc shaped entrance. The elephant statues that form the arc were most likely to be initially cast in brass, but were later reinstated in a concrete form.

Moti Mahal, Bundi

Bundi is a small town in the Hadoti region of Rajasthan, which lies 250 km away from the capital city of Rajasthan and 39 km from Kota. The town is famous for its picturesque forts, steep-wells (baolis), palaces, lakes, and reservoirs. Moti Mahal is one of the unmatched attractions of the town.
