Basilica of Santo Nino
Situated in Osmeña Blvd in Cebu City, Basilica del Santo Nino (Minor Basilica of the Holy Child of Cebú) is the oldest church in the Philippines that was built in 1565 by Miguel Lopez de Legazpi. Also known as Santo Nino Basilica, the original church was built in hard wood, nipa and mud. Unfortunately, the structure was destroyed by fire twice and this is only the third one. The highlight of the church is the age old statuette of Child Jesus that was found here several hundred years ago by a soldier named Juan de Camuz. It was later presented to the chief consort of Rajah Humabon by Ferdinand Magellan. This same statue is still preserved here.

Cebu Taoist Temple
Located in the Beverly Hills suburbs of Cebu City, Cebu Taoist Temple is a Chinese temple that is situated at an elevation of 110 m above sea level, and boasts of gorgeous panorama of the city skyline and blue waters. Built in 1972, the multi- tiered and multi coloured temple is decorated with dragon sculptures, and is also a popular attraction in the Philippines that can be reached through three different routes.
The temple is a shrine of Taoism and the followers are those who worship and believe in the ancient Chinese philosopher, Lao Zi. It boasts of a peculiar entrance that has been designed to replicate the Great Wall of China. In addition to that, the complex is also home to a chapel, a library, a souvenir shop and a wishing well. There are balconies all along from where you can enjoy a gorgeous view of the Cebu town below. Magellan's Cross

Casa Gorordo Museum
Casa Gorordo Museum is a house museum located in the city of Cebu in the Philippines. It is an old heritage property consisting of a rich collection and artefacts about the history of Cebu city, from the period of Spanish arrival to the late 1990s.
The Gorordo House was built in the 1850s by a Spanish merchant and was owned by prominent people of the city, including an archbishop. It is now owned by Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI) through its Culture Heritage Unit who maintains the collections and also provides guided tours to visitors every day.

These tableaus of structures consist of the major monuments in the city including the Basilica del Santo Niño, the Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral, the Magellan’s Cross and the Saint John the Baptist Church. The construction began in 1997 by local artist Eduardo Castrillo, who finished the project in three years with the funds that were raised during this time. Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral, officially known as The Metropolitan Cathedral and Parish of Saint Vitalis and of the Immaculate Conception is a central cathedral located in Cebu, Philippines.
