Cosley Zoo
Cosley Zoo is a unique zoo located in Wheaton, Illinois, about 30 miles from Chicago. What makes it stand out is the fact that it houses native Illinois wildlife and farm animals. Covenant Presbyterian Church of Chicago
Covenant Presbyterian Church initially started in 1981 as a gathering of like-minded individuals led by two students from the Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and in 1982 it formally organized as a Presbyterian Church. The Cathedral was formerly occupied by the All Saints of Polish National Catholic Church, popularly also known as the White Cathedral. Douglas Park
Douglas Park is one historical park, that has been serving as a recreational centre ever since it was built back in the 19th century.The massive acres of land in this park house a gymnasium, swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, a soccer field and a mini golf course. There are separate tracks for walking and jogging as well as a separate path for bikers.
The lush greenery and large spaces also host several picnics and parties and is home to a lot of famous winter festivals every year including punk, metal and other music festivals as well. Douglas park is also a magnet for different birds, butterflies, dragonflies and a lot more.

DuSable Museum of African American History
DuSable Museum of African American History was founded in 1961 by Margaret Taylor- Burroughs. It is the first independent museum in the States - committed to the study and conservation of African-American history, culture, and art. The museum’s collection has around 15,000 pieces consisting of paintings, sculpture, print works, and historical memorabilia. It also hosts exhibits, workshops, concerts, films, children’s events and literary discussions focused on African American history. Other facilities include a gift shop and research library but do not have on-site dining facilities so it’s encouraged to bring a picnic bag or brown bag meals and enjoy them in the museum garden.

Frederick C. Robie House is an important American Cultural Heritage, often heralded as “ a cornerstone of modern Architecture” for its groundbreaking Prairie-style architecture. The construction of the house was completed in 1910 and to date, it remains one most important buildings of the 20th century - registered on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Field Museum of Natural History
Founded in 1893, the Field Museum showcases extensive displays of earth science, animal biology and paleontology (and many more).
The main attraction at Field Museum is the most complete Tyrannosaurus Rex- Sue, with 58 teeth. The displays include various artefacts related to culture and history, biology and science, and some special traveling exhibitions.
