Turtle Splash Water Park

Maintained by the West Chicago Park District, the Turtle Splash Water Park is a five-acre park in Chicago. Housed in the Red-Kepler Park, the water park has four water slides, a large water playground, a sandy area, a zero-depth pool, and a waterfall. Body Slide, Tot Slide, Tube Slide, and the Corkscrew Slide are some of the slides in the water park. The zero-depth entry pool features a water bucket drop and a 12 feet tall waterfall. The garden that was once a vacant space with contaminated soil was transformed into a community garden by the residents and several organizations.
