Horse Safari in Gocek
Horse riding is a popular activity among tourists in Gocek. There are several horse ranges and clubs for both beginners and experienced riders. Many ranges in Gocek also provide basic horse riding training for amateur riders or beginners. For more expert riders, there is a 5-day horseback riding tour from Koycegiz to Gocek through beaches, villages, forests, lakes, and fields.
During summer months, horse riding is available only from evening as the weather gets too hot for horses, whereas it is available throughout the day during winters. Most clubs and ranges do not allow children below 12 years.

Kayakoy
Kayakoy is an abandoned ghost town that serves as an open air museum with 3 preserved churches and 500 houses. The largest church is the Basilica of Panagia Parigoritissa which exhibits beautiful Gothic style architecture. There is a private museum which displays the history of Kakakoy and a fountain situated in the centre of the town.
Oludeniz Beach
Marked by shades of turquoise and aquamarine, Oludeniz Beach is located at the meeting point of the Mediterranean and Aegean seas. It is a short bus ride away from Fethiye. It is a certified Blue Flag beach because of its pristine sandy bay. The beach, with its shallow waters and inner island, makes for a picturesque scene.
Oludeniz beach is a tourist hotspot, with many lounging around in beach chairs, or paddling near the shore. Boats are not allowed in this region, but canoes and paddle-boats can be hired to take a short trip towards the inner island. A short while away from Mt. Babadag, the Blue Lagoon is considered one of the best spots in the world for paragliding. Water sports like kayaking and surfing are also a huge highlight in Oludeniz. Labelled a marine nature reserve by the government, the flora and fauna of this region can be observed up close during scuba diving sessions. Paragliding in Fethiye
Paragliding is a thrilling and adventurous activity that can be experienced at the village of Oludeniz. Here, right next to the shore is Mount Babadag which is 1969 metres tall and is equipped with a medical centre, weather station, cafe, 3 launch sites for parachute jumping and an observation & flight platform for skydiving.
The flight provides a bird’s eye view of the breathtaking Fethiye Bay and Blue Lagoon. A trained instructor accompanies you for the paragliding which takes place for about 40 minutes.

Paragliding in Gocek
Gocek is one of the most popular places for paragliding in Fethiye. The glide starts from Babadag mountains, at an altitude of 2000 meters from sea level, and takes a U-shaped curve to land on the sandy beach below. The session is led by a professional pilot. The duration of the flight is about 30 minutes. Weather conditions can affect flight timings or duration.
The packages provide helmets and a training session before the glide. It also includes pick up and drop off from the resort. Food and drinks are not included in the package.

Quad Biking in Gocek
Quad biking and buggy riding are popular activities on the trip to Gocek. There are many centers in Gocek that provide quad biking tours and safaris. The centers provide a basic introduction to the bikes and their functioning, but since quad biking is relatively easy, not much training is required. Visitors can ride alone or with a partner.
Many packages include pick up and drop off from the hotel. Safety equipment like helmets and pads are also included in the package, in addition to insurance. Children under 16 are not allowed to ride the quad bike. However, they can be in the passenger seat of the buggy with adult supervision. No license or prior experience is necessary for adults. It is advisable to take a spare change of dress, and towels due to muddy conditions.

Saklikent Gorge
Saklikent Gorge, famously known as the Hidden City, is the longest canyon in Turkey and one of the deepest in the world. It is 18 kilometres long and 300 meters deep. There are plenty of fun activities available at Saklikent Gorge, like mud baths, tubing, rafting, canyoning, bungee jumping and zip lining.
Trekking and hiking in Saklikent Gorge have two different trails, one for beginners and a more difficult one that requires equipment. The second trail starts where the first one ends, requiring climbing over a waterfall. To get to the canyon, there are suspension bridges with hot springs at the end that are beneficial for skin diseases. Bungee jumping and zip lining are offered here too. Walking, trekking and sunset tours can be booked at the park and are popular tours. There are many hammocks, picnic spots and tree houses around the park to unwind and relax. Plenty of restaurants are housed in the park and serve authentic Turkish food. The canyon gets its name from Saklikent Gorge, a branch of the River Esen.

Amyntas Rock Tombs
Famously known as the Fethiye Tomb, the Tomb of Amyntas is an ancient Greek tomb. Its special feature is that it is a rock-hewn tomb built for a former satrap (the first of the Harpagid Dynasty) of Lycia.
It has been designed in Ionian style and in the middle of the left column, ‘Amyntou tou Ermagiou’ has been written in the 4th century which translates to ‘Amyntas, son of Hermagios’. The tomb is situated on the top of a mountain and to arrive at it, there is a long staircase that leads to the top.

The Bellerophon, which is situated at the bottom of the hill, is the most famous Lycian tomb in Tlos. Many old buildings and baths have also been rebuilt to the Byzantine basilica in this ancient city.
