Cat Co 2

Cat Co 2 is the prettiest beach in Cat Co Cove with nature and serenity like no other. The pristine white sand beach with turquoise blue waters. backed by large and stunning limestone cliffs attracts locals and tourists from all around. You'll see people sun bathing in the sand or taking a dip in the water to swim or snorkel.

Not as popular compared to Cat Co 2, Cat Co 3 is closest to Cat Ba town and is no less serene. You can head here to avoid the crowds and just relax. It's a tiny strip of sand and people often miss it while heading to other beaches, but its unspoiled beauty makes your visit worth it. Swimming, snorkelling or just simply sun bathing, do all of it here without being disturbed.

Cat Co Cove is a group of three pristine white sand beaches covered by chalk stone cliffs on the back. Tourists and locals often visit Cat Co for swimming and other water sports like kayaking and windsurfing. Cat Co 2 is prettier and more popular, however, head to Cat Co 1 or 3 if you want to avoid crowds and just laze around sun bathing on the beach.

Cua Van is the largest floating village of Halong Bay surrounded by limestone mountains. The village is home to generations of fishing families who live in floating wooden houses, and earn their income by agriculture and fishing. All of them own boats with overhanging nets and they pick up garbage from the sea regularly making it one of the cleanest villages.

Dau Be Island is famous for its diverse flora like orchids, banyans, palm trees and fauna like golden monkeys, flying squirrels, birds. Other popularity factors are the Ba Ham Lake consisting of three ocean basins, and a narrow cave full of strange stalactites and stalagmites hanging from the ceiling. Hang Dau Go is a natural wonder and one of the most beautiful caves of Halong Bay. It has intricate carvings and ancient architecture with many stone pillars and stalactites. The cave has a wide variety of flora and fauna, especially mosses, ferns, and wood trees. You can walk around and explore the different chambers. Spreading over 23 hectares, Dragon Park is the largest and most modern theme park of Vietnam. The Ha-Long Queen-Seilbahn of Vietnam, popularly known as the 'Queen Cable Car' is the biggest reversible ariel tramway in the world. There are two concrete towers on either side of the bay, one with the tallest height in the world of 188 metres. The cable car provides some of the most marvellous panoramic view of Halong bay and the limestone karsts.
