Lai Chi Kok Amusement Park
Lai Chi Kok amusement park, also known as Lai Yuen, is located on the Lai Chi Kok bay in Hong Kong. It was the largest amusement park in Hong Kong until it was closed down. The park today features most of its older attractions- a carousel, a haunted house, a skating rink and carnival games but with a tech twist. Reopened in 2015, it allows countless adults to revisit their childhood memories.
Lai Chi Kok Park
Lai Chi Kok Park is a public park in Hong Kong on the reclamation of the former Lai Chi Kok Bay. The park is dotted with flowering trees and is known for its four seasons flower beds. The park is divided into three stages, and each of them offers recreational and sports facilities. The park can easily be accessed through MTR, West Rail and bus.
Lam Tsuen River
A river of the Tai Po district, the Lam Tsuen River washes the stretch between he Tai Mo Shan Country Park and the Lam Tsuen Valley. The main tributary of this river passing through the Lam Tsuen Valley crosses many local villages that have been part of the valley for over 700 years now. It joins with Tai Po river towards the end of the stretch, at the Tai Po New Town. The Upper Lam Tseun River is home to various rare wildlife species of Hong Kong.

Lamma Island
Tucked 9.2 kilometres away from Central Hong Kong, Lamma Island is the third largest island in Hong Kong. Also known as the 'Y Island' or 'Pok Liu Chau', it highlights the laid-back and rural side of Hong Kong with its coastal scenery, quaint beaches, and walking trails amidst the tropical rain forest slopes with curvy hilly paths.
The island is primarily divided into three areas - Yung She Wan, Sok Kwu Wan and Sham Wan. The Yung She Wan is the most populated area and is host to several restaurants, bars, and many local shops. At Sok Kwu Wan, one can catch fish and then have a barbecue meal at the Lo Shing Beach. At the Sham Wan beaches, one will find many green sea turtles laying eggs, and the area of the island is also where some of the most important archaeological finds have been made dating back to the Neolithic periods.

Lamma Power Station Beach
One of the most popular sand stretches on Lamma Island; this beach is located near the Yung Shue Wan Village, giving you access to several shops having snorkelling gear, towels, fast food snacks among more. The beach itself is dog-friendly and also organises many festivals such as outdoor cinema, reggae festival, dragon boat festival and Lamma family festival.
Lan Kwai Fong
Lan Kwai Fong, commonly referred to as LKF, is the hub of drinking, clubbing and partying in Hong Kong. Home to over 90 restaurants and bars and conveniently located in Central Hong Kong, the L-shaped square of streets is one of the most popular nightlife spots in Hong Kong.
Lan Kwai Fong hosts several festivals such as Halloween, Christmas and New Year while organizing its very own beer festival. LKF also gave rise to Hong Kong’s street culture where several talented performers can be witnessed displaying their skills at guitar and singing. Lantau Peak
Lantau Peak, also known as Fung Wong Shan is the highest point on Lantau Island. Also known as The Peak of Hong Kong, it is a pair of two peaks which are known as Fung Shan (male) and Wong Shan (female) which is why it is also known as Fung Wong Shan. Popularly known as a sunrise and hiking point, Lantau Peak gets its name through a Chinese word which means “Phoenix Mountain.
The hiking spots at this Peak can be reached through the Lantau Trail. The views from the Lantau Peak along with the lush countryside and blue skies are known to attract tourists from across the globe. Also, because of the height of the peak, it experiences strong winds and fog throughout the year.
