Camlica Tower
Camlica Tower is a telecommunications tower located in the Üsküdar district of Istanbul. Inaugurated in May 2021, it is the tallest structure in Istanbul as well as in Europe. The skyscraper has 49 storeys with an observation deck, a small café and a restaurant.
One of the most exquisite parts of the tower is its tulip-shaped structure symbolic of Turkish history. The building offers scenic views of the city from the elevators and is expected to make the tower a famous tourist attraction in Istanbul in the coming years.

City's Nisantasi Shopping Center
One of the city's leading malls, City's Nisantasi Shopping Center, is located on Teşvikiye Street in Nişantaşı, a famous center in the heart of the town. The mall has several Turkish boutiques to look out for, convenient underground parking, rooftop restaurants, a food court and a cinema.
Column of Constantine
The Column of Constantine or Çemberlitaş is a 35m tall honorific column in Istanbul, Turkey that was built by the Roman emperor Constantine. A UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Istanbul’s oldest surviving monuments, it is set in the centre of what was formerly the Forum of Constantine. It is one of the only edifices here that is representative of Roman architecture.
The column is made of numerous porphyry (a semi-precious and imperial stone) blocks; it used to stand on a white marble pedestal that is no longer visible and used to support a bronze statue of Constantine followed by a cross, both of which were later removed. A visit to the column is a great way to learn about the history of Byzantine Istanbul. It also makes for an ideal photography spot. Around the structure are other attractions like the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia Museum etc. along with several restaurants.

Eyüp Sultan Mosque
The Eyüp Sultan Camii or Eyüp Sultan Mosque in Istanbul’s Eyüp district is the oldest and holiest mosque in Turkey. It is known for its two half domes and elegant interiors which feature chandeliers. Within the mosque complex is a mausoleum where Prophet Muhammad’s standard-bearer and friend Abu Ayyub al-Ansari is believed to have been buried. Large crowds also visit the mosque for the Eyüp Cemetery which is right up the hill.
Rebuilt in the Baroque style of architecture using pale honey-coloured stones, the mosque was initially built during the 15th century by Ottoman Turks; its minarets were all reconstructed, with the eastern one being made to look like the original. One of its walls that faces the mosque features panels of Iznik tiles, as do the walls of the vestibule that leads to it. Several Ottoman Sultans, court officials, prominent religious figures, intellectuals etc. have been buried here. The Pierre Loti Café is also situated at the top which serves Turkish coffee and offers views of the Golden Horn.

Fatih Mosque
The Fatih Mosque is an Ottoman inspired mosque in Istanbul with one of the most beautiful inner courtyards in the city. Located in Fatih, on Fevzipaşa Avenue, the mosque complex houses a hospice and the tombs of Mehmet II and his wife Gulbahar. On Wednesday, the Fatih Mosque hosts the largest street market in Istanbul (Fatih Pazarı) selling food, clothing as well as household goods.
The architecture of the mosque showcases a distinctive Baroque influence and has a more subtle look as compared to other major mosques in Istanbul. The original building complex included a hamam, tombs and several other structures, but most of them were destroyed due to natural causes. The outer section of the mosque is supported by 16 exceptional columns and is enclosed by a wall and madrasa buildings. It was built on the site of the Church of the Holy Apostles, one of the most important Christian buildings in the fifteenth century. While the original dome was completely destroyed in an earthquake, it was rebuilt in the eighteenth century.

Galata Mevlevi House
Located in the Beyoğlu district of Istanbul, the Galata Mevlevi House is a former dervish tekke (lodge). It has been converted into a museum on the Mevlevi Sufi Islam sect and is home to a wide variety of artefacts pertaining to the Mevlevi culture. Some of the items to see here are musical instruments, Turkish calligraphic art items, clothing items, ceremonial accessories and others which are related to the whirling dervishes.
Some of the other attractions to see at the museum include a courtyard (meydan-ı şerif), a drinking fountain (çeşme), a tomb (türbesi) and a cemetery (hamuşan). One can go to the hamuşan to see its numerous stones that feature Ottoman inscriptions on them. Several notable figures including Galip Dede, İbrahim Müteferrika and Lady Leyla have been buried here. On the first floor is the sehamane with its painted ceiling and gilded woodwork. One can witness dervishes “whirling here” as a form of devotion to God; Galata Mevlevi House is one of the only places in the city where one can see them. The establishment also called Galip Dede Tekke, was first built at the end of the 15th century.

Hagia Irene
Also known as Saint Irene, Hagia Irene is the oldest Byzantine church situated in the outer courtyard of Topkapi Palace. The second-largest in Istanbul after Hagia Sophia, it is now converted into a museum and concert hall. Easily accessible by tram with the nearest stop being Sultanahmet, its atrium offers spectacular architectural beauty with structures such as a narthex, three-nave naos and abscissa.
