Madame Tussauds Istanbul
Madame Tussauds Istanbul is a museum chain for wax replicas of historic icons & celebrities located on İstiklal Caddesi (the Independence Avenue). There are nearly 60 figures of well-known celebrities, including statues of Suleiman the Magnificent, Muhammad Ali, Fatih Sultan Mehmet, Leonardo Da Vinci, Steve Jobs, Ronaldo, Neymar, Beren Saat, and more.
Established by sculptor Marie Tussaud, this museum is the twenty-first location for the Tussauds. It is housed in the Grand Pera building and covers an area of 2,000 sq. m. Inside the museum, there are four major sections. The Music section has statues of celebrity singers, including Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, & Michael Jackson. The Film section features some notable icons of the film industry. In the Sports section, visitors can spot the greatest sports stars. Finally, the VIP Party section houses statues of Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp, and more celebrities. Besides, the location has several shops, eateries, and architectural sights nearby.

Maiden's Tower
Maiden’s Tower is an iconic tower and landmark situated on a small islet off the coast of Üsküdar. Also known as Leander’s Tower, it houses a museum, a cafe and a restaurant offering scenic views of the Bosphorus. It is easily accessible via a ferry or boat.

Museum of Great Palace Mosaics
Museum of Great Palace Mosaics, also known as Istanbul Mosaic Museum, is an exquisite mosaics museum located in the heart of Sultanahmet Square at Arasta Bazaar. The mosaics displayed here date from 450-550 AD and depict everyday life, nature and mythology.
Great Palace Mosaic Museum houses some of the last remains of the Grand Palace of the Eastern Roman Emperor that were excavated in the early 1900s. The museum has been a unit of the Hagia Sophia Museum since 1979 and features one of the very few elements of the Byzantine period to survive. Visitors can explore the history of the mosaic floor on the informative panels inside the museum.

Museum of Innocence
Museum of Innocence is a 19th-century house converted into a museum based on the famous novel Museum of Innocence by Orhan Pamuk. It is located in the Çukurcuma neighbourhood of the Beyoğlu district of Istanbul. Just like the novel was based on the life of two Istanbul families, the Museum of Innocence offers a glimpse into the upper-class family life of Istanbul from the 1970s. It entirely recreates the novel and houses a collection which corresponds to the 83 chapters of the novel, presenting what the characters wore, used, collected, saw and heard in the novel. The Museum of Innocence can be enjoyed irrespective of whether you have read the novel.

New Istanbul Mosque
The New Mosque, originally called the Valide Sultan Mosque, is an Ottoman Imperial mosque situated in the Eminönü quarter of Istanbul, Turkey, specifically on the Golden Horn. This 17th-century edifice is one of the city’s most prominent mosques, famous for its magnificent architecture. It is also known as the “bird mosque” since there are numerous birds within the complex at all times.
A testament to the Sultanate of Women period of the Ottoman Empire, the mosque was built under the orders of the Safiye Sultan. It has two minarets and 66 domes and semi-domes arranged in a pyramidal form. There is a courtyard on its west side which comprises a collonaded peristyle with 24 small domes as well as an ornamental şadırvan or ablution fountain in the centre. On the inside, it is square-shaped and has been decorated with white, blue and green Iznik tiles. It features several columns topped off with arches of different styles. The pillars that meet the dome on the four sides have calligraphic plates with the names of the first four Khalifas. Some other features of the New Mosque include a Royal Pavilion on the northeast side, mihrab, minbar, library with a unique pen works in the dome and pendants, seventeen tombs and more.

Nuruosmaniye Cami
Nuruosmaniye Mosque is an 18th century Ottoman Mosque located close to the Grand Bazaar in the Çemberlitaş neighbourhood, Fatih district. It derives its literal name “the light of Osman” from the 174 windows adorning the mosque's interiors. It boasts of prime Ottoman Baroque architecture and stands tall with the fourth largest dome in the city and unique minarets made up of bronze instead of the usual stone.
Commissioned by Mahmud I and completed under the reign of Sultan Osman II, the building complex also houses a madrasa, an imarat, a public fountain and a library. The complex is surrounded by numerous business centres and shops and is 2-minutes away from the Çemberlitaş rail station. There is no entry fee for visitors, but they must enter from a designated visitors’ gate only. With the verses of the Quran inscribed on the interiors of the mosque’s dome, it is one of the most common places of worship in Istanbul.
