Kuan Yin Chinese Temple
Kuan Yin Chinese temple was constructed for Goddess Kuan Yin on the mountainous terrain of Chaloklum Bay. The temple includes three buildings. It is the largest, most revered shrine in Koh Pha Ngan. The view from the temple is spectacular.
It is said that a Thai lady Mrs Malawan was asked in her dream by Goddess Kuan Yin to construct a lighthouse for the fishermen of Chaloklum bay. The lady asked for advice from a monk, then collected funds for the lighthouse, but ended up collecting so much that they decided to build a temple.

Thong Sala Night Market
The culinary delights and cultural experience make the Thong Sala Night Market in Koh Phangan an instant hit with locals and tourists alike. Food stalls are lined across the market, where the best local Thai food is arrayed on the carts. The market is open from 4 PM to midnight each day. There is also a flea market where you can get clothes, shoes, and accessories at reasonable rates

Wat Pho
Located in Baan Tai, Wat Pho is a pleasant temple that provides Thai massages, an herbal sauna, and a beautiful place to wander around. It has typical Thai architecture and is open 7 days a week from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. They have a traditional sauna heated by burning wood with herbs. Thai massages here cost 150 baht per hour.
Wat Pho is a remote area away from the commercial noisy bars.
Yang Na Nai Tree
This is the island's tallest tree, which is 14 metres tall. These trees are commonly known for the production of latex rubber and are grown to protect rice fields soil fertility. They form a canopy that casts very little shade to the rice roots. The Yang Na Nai tree is left to grow untouched and is worth a visit. The tree is easy to find, you have to walk towards the Thong Nai Pan.

Koh Phangan boasts over thirty idyllic beaches laden with blond or white sands, tropics, and hills, among which Haad Rin is famous for its full moon parties. A short hike from Haad Khom Beach in northern Koh Phangan, Bottle Beach sits against lush tropical jungles and hills. As one of Thailand's most epic and unique art festivals, the Half Moon Party is held in the forest of Ban Tai Village in Koh Phangan. It takes place every two weeks, a week before and after the Full Moon party. During the festival, be prepared to embrace pulsating crowds dressed in colourful costumes, all-night dancing and music, fireworks, and plenty of tasty drinks.
