"God's Own Creation"

Konaseema Tourism

Nestled in the heart of South India, Konaseema is a picturesque region that invites travellers to experience the unparalleled beauty of its landscapes and immerse themselves in its rich cultural tapestry. Renowned for its lush greenery, serene backwaters, and vibrant traditions, Konaseema is a haven for those seeking an offbeat travel experience.

Surrounded by the  feeders of the River Godavari and the  magnific Bay of Bengal itself, Konaseema is the deltaic region in the East Godavari  quarter of Andhra Pradesh. The area has  parcels matching those of the resplendent Kerala backwoods, and so it has also come to be called' God's own creation ’ after ‘ God’s own country', which is Kerala.   Lined with coconut groves, green paddy fields,  rich land, and a cluster of fruit-laden mango trees, the area also has fisherfolk  townlets, which draw a lot of  sightseer attention to the place. The most important  city in the region is Amalapuram. Other  municipalities include Razole, Ravulapalem, Kothapeta, and Mummidivaram. Aside from the cultural beauty, lush  verdure, and fine  tabernacles, the region also has a  graphic   geography and climate to boast about. Konaseema Rediscovering life is all about Konaseema. The serendipitously serene climate, the lush green paddy fields, and the abundantly soothing wingroves are all about it. You just wonder how you ’ve been missing life all these days. No regrets. The people then are inversely social, amicable, and ready to embrace you with their own special way of treating your temptations. Both the Godavari  sections are known as the rice  coliseums of Andhra Pradesh. Now it's  notorious for tender coconuts and prawn culture too. This place is full of life and filled with wit and creativity. Greetings to the lush lands of Konaseema, the “ vibrant Kerala ” of Andhra Pradesh. Where you  witness festivity and food pieces from religion and explore the beauty of nature,. This is the land( two deltas) between the three  feeders of the River Godavari: the Vasishta, the Vainateya, and the Sabari. While we do n’t dig much deeper into the statistical data, we'd say that though it's a part of East Godavari District, it shares a border with West Godavari District across the Godavari River in Vasishta.  This place is the pride of Andhra Pradesh’s natural beauty and a cornucopia of food and festivity. The range of products from then is paddy( rice), coconuts, triumphs, bananas, yam, turmeric, cocoa, and  colorful other  beats too. Kadiyam, just at the gateway to the Konaseema area, is another paradise on earth with it’s  marketable success in the import of nursery products that offer a variety of floriculture and horticultural products. Saplings from then on are exported within the state as well as internationally. You name a tropical factory, and we ’re sure you'll find it in Kadiyam nurseries. The  growers then are so  clued  in mutations and saplings that they can offer you exactly what you want, like a mango tree that bears fruits round the time, a mango tree that bears different  kinds of mangoes on different branches, or indeed a rose factory with different colours of roses on different branches. A rose that will remain lively over a month or so.  Konaseema is an area in the East Godavari  quarter of Andhra Pradesh,India, between the two  branches of the Godavari River and the Bay of Bengal. Amalapuram is the head for this region   Konaseema is known for its scenic  verdure and culture of hospitality.   The origin of its name may be from the Telugu word kona, meaning corner, due to its triangular  shape. Its northern edge is marked by the' Gautami' branch of the Godavari swash; the southern  edge is marked by the' Vasistha' branch of the Godavari swash; and its eastern side is marked by the Bay of  Bengal that the swash flows into.
