Pura Meru
Situated in the heart of Mataram, the colossal Pura Meru Temple is the largest Hindu place of worship in Lombok. With no less than thirty-three shrines within its premises, the glorious temple is devoted to the Hindu Trinity of Lord Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva.

Selong Belanak Beach
Selong Belanak Beach is a gorgeous crescent beach in south Lombok known for its laidback vibe, surfing culture, and various restaurants. The best area for surfing in Selong Belanak is the beach's central side to the north side, away from the fishing villages and boats. Sunbed and umbrella rentals are available on the beach.
Acclaimed as one of Lombok’s cleanest beaches, it is also known as Pantai Selong Belanak. Apart from swimming and surfing, one can visit the fishing village, join local fishermen on paid fishing tours, and enjoy delicious seafood. Facing the Indian Ocean, Selong Belanak Beach has a total coastline of around one kilometre. But, as one of Lombok’s best-kept secrets, it doesn’t see too much crowd, and you’ll find that you have much of the charming beach to yourself. Due to its slow waves and crescent shape that protects it from the open ocean, Selong Belanak Beach has become the go-to location for first-time surfers to try their hand at the water sport. Senggigi Beach
Senggigi Beach occupies a prominent place within the highly popular tourist centre of Senggigi on Lombok Island. The beach is an excellent spot for surfing, and snorkeling, housing various marine life and colorful coral reefs. It is also a perfect place to relax, boasting a series of white sandy beaches and swimming areas.
Tourists more interested in enjoying the area's natural beauty prefer walking along the newly constructed pathway along the sea. The sunset is truly spectacular at this bay, with almost all photographers eager to catch the colors of the setting sun on the blue water choosing to visit it at the close of the day. While several pieces of tourist literature demarcate the sandy area into a Bay and a Beach, the dimensions are not distinct, with the entire area looking identical. The local population is not aware of any such demarcation either. Visitors can park their vehicles at the parking lot within Senggigi Beach. The signboard of the Kila Hotel Resort serves as a landmark for the parking area that has to be passed to get to the harbor. In addition, quite a few stalls on the beach sell souvenirs.
