Kokilavan
Kokilavan, situated near Kosi Kalan in Mathura, houses the famous Shani Temple, dedicated to Shani Dev (Saturn) and his guru Barkhandi Baba. Since the site is located amidst the jungle hence, it has also come to be known as Kokilavan Dham. The pilgrims perform a parikrama of the temple and take a dip in the holy kund here.
Saturdays are the busiest days of the week when the temple is visited by local pilgrims and tourists from far and wide. It is believed by the devotees that taking a dip in the Suryakund at Kokilavan leads to their wishes being fulfilled. There is a sacred tree at the temple compound where devotees offer water and write their wishes on a blank wall with their fingers.

Kusum Sarovar
Located between Govardhan and Radha Kund in Vrindavan, Mathura, Kusum Sarovar is a beautiful reservoir fringed by palatial sandstone building from the bygone era. The reservoir has a flight of stairs which can be used to descend in the pond. The sarovar is believed to have got its name from one of the girl attendants of Radha, named Kusum. The water is ideal for swimming and dips. Kusum Sarovar also has several temples and ashrams in the vicinity.
Filled with emerald green water, Kusum Sarovar dates back to the era of Radha and Krishna. The pond is bordered on all sides by forest containing flowers like beli, chameli, juhi, yuthi, mallika and campaka. It is believed that Krishna would collect flowers and make garlands for Radha here. Pilgrims from all over the country visit the lake to explore the magnificent structures that surround the Sarovar, the beautiful paintings depicting the life of Krishna and his pastimes and the temple dedicated to Grijraja in there. The Kusum Sarovar is perfect for quiet evening outings where one can spend a complete evening watching the sunset while resting under the Kadamb tree under which Krishna would play and hide mischievously.

Nandgaon
Located at a distance of 8 km from Barsana and 50 km from Mathura, Nandgaon is a quaint little town situated at the base of a Nandisvara Hill and which holds immense religious significance. The town is highly revered by Hindu pilgrims as it is believed to be the home of the foster parents of Lord Krishna- Shri Nandji and Yashoda Maiyya. There is also a spacious temple situated atop the hill which is dedicated to Shri Nandji.
Among the several other attractions situated in town, the most popular ones include temples dedicated to Yashoda Nandan, Nritya Gopal, Nand Nandan, Udhav Kyaro and Gopinath etc. In addition to this, there is also a stunning lake called Pan Sarovar which is not only a major tourist attraction but also boasts of utmost peace and tranquility. Potara Kund
Potara Kund is one of the four kunds in Mathura and is the water pond where baby clothes of Lord Krishna were washed in his childhood. The water tank is made in red sandstone and hs steps to descend inside. The place is a popular tourist spot and is thronged by pilgrims.

Shri Krishna Janmasthan Temple
Shri Krishna Janmasthan Temple is located in the holy city of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. It is built around the prison cell in which Lord Krishna’s parents, Mata Devaki and Vasudeva were imprisoned by his evil uncle Kansa. The temple is of great significance for the Hindus as it is believed to be the birthplace of Lord Krishna.

Radha Vallabh Mandir
Situated near Gotam Nagar on the cliff near Bankey Bihari temple is the Radha Vallabh Mandir, one of the seven temples of Thakur of Vrindavan. This temple is the epitome of the sacred and divine love of Radha and Krishna, displayed in the rarest form 'Ras-bhakti'. Enshrined by Lord Krishna, the temple does not have a deity of Radha. Instead, it has a crown placed next to Lord Krishna to signify her presence.
Radha Vallabh Mandir stands out due to its striking architecture and magnificence decor. Constructed in 1585, the Radha Vallabh temple is one of the oldest and long-living temples, majestically built using red sandstones at a time when they were used for building only high palaces, imperial buildings and royal forts. The wall of the temple is 10 feet thick and are pierced in 2 stages. The Radha Vallabh Mandir is decked up for celebrations on the birth anniversary of Sri Harivansh Chandra Mahaprabhu as well as on Radha Ashtami. Vaishno Devi Dham
Vaishno Devi Dham in Mathura, popularly known as Ma Vaishno Devi Mandir is dedicated to Ma Vaishno Devi who is believed to grant boons to her devotees. Established by Shri J C. Chaudhry, the temple is visited by pilgrims to worship the magnificent idol of Ma Vaishno Devi alongside serving the poor. There is a cave that with water that leads to the top of the idol.
The Vaishno Devi Dham of Mathura has an attached dispensary and library for the pilgrims. In addition to that, it has two dharamshalas to provide accommodation to the visiting devotees. The main central hall is used for meditation and adjacent to it is the yoga hall. Vishram Ghat
Vishram Ghat is a revered and sacred bathing ghat located at about 4.5 kilometres from Mathura Junction on the banks of River Yamuna. It is the main ghat of Mathura and is central to 25 other ghats. Pilgrims from all over the country visit Vishram Ghat to bathe in its holy waters and perform the traditional parikrama that starts and ends here.
Vishram means rest and it is named so because Lord Krishna rested at this place after killing Kansa, the evil demon king. This is the reason why a pilgrimage to Mathura is incomplete without a visit to Vishram Ghat and the temples dotting it. There are 12 ghats to the north of Vishram Ghat and 12 ghats to the south of it positioning it in the centre. The parikrama is the circumambulation of all the chief religious places of Mathura. Vishram Ghat displays a beautiful spectacle during evenings at the time of evening prayers and aarti. Devotees float oil lamps and diyas on paan leaves into the adjoining Yamuna River. Devotees perform other rituals such as pind pradaan and other Pooja on this ghat too, along with taking the holy dip. The ghat witnesses heavy crowd on the occasion of Bhaidooj, popularly known as Yam Dwitiya, which falls on the second day after Diwali. One of the top activities to do on Vishram Ghat is to indulge in the boat ride, which helps you soak in the serenity of the soul-soothing Yamuna River.
