Venetian Pool
Venetian pool in the City of Coral Gables is amongst the most beautiful historic sites in Miami. Formerly opened as the ‘Venetian Casino’ in 1924, this place was further transformed into the Venetian Pool. Inspired by the Mediterranean architecture and italian theme, this pool was constructed with original coral rocks that uses fresh water from artesian wells. Virginia Key Beach
Virginia Key Beach is known for its pristine landscapes and gorgeous beaches and ocean. It has a very important history attached to it regarding the American Civil Rights movement. The park is so historically important that the 1st of August is the official Historic Virginia Key Beach Park Day.
Virginia Key Beach hosts many music shows and concerts. The Light Show at Virginia Beach is also well-known. There are picnic tables and shaded pavilions if you wish to have a picnic with friends or family. The beach has ample space for beachgoers who enjoy privacy and sunshine.
Six pastel-colored beachfront cabins can be rented for the day. Each cabin includes chairs, a grill, and a picnic. The mountain trails on the north end of the key are great biking paths.
