Human Ath Mosque
Human Ath Mosque is an ancient mosque established by Sheikh Zainuddin Makhdoom in 16th century. It is the biggest structure among the 50 mosques in Kerala.

Navamukunda Temple
Located in a small village Thirunavaya on the banks of River Bharath, Navamukunda Temple is an ancient temple of great religious significance. The temple is dedicated to Navamukhundan Vishnu while other idols present in the temple are of Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Ganapathy.
The temple derives its name from Nava Mukunda, since it was the ninth idol installed. Other eight idols installed in the temple by a group of nine saints disappeared while the ninth was already half beneath the earth. It was stopped by chanting mantras and prayers. Visit this temple on the day of Amavasi and Kartitaka to witness the ritual known as 'Pithru Tharpanam'.

Padinharekara Beach
A long stretch of glowing sand and changing colors of sky makes this Padinharekara Beach a charming place to visit. Situated at Malappuram on Tipu Sultan Road, the major attraction of this beach is majestic view of the Arabian Sea, Bharathapuzha River and the Tirur Puzha River.
Ponnani Port, one of the oldest ports of Kerala is located at the mouth of River Bharathapuzha.
Ponnani Juma Masjid
Established in year 1510 by a Muslim Spiritual leader Zainudhin Makhdum, Ponnani Juma Masjid serves as the Mecca of Kerala Muslims. However, according to a record in Malabar Manual, historian William Logan said that this mosque was constructed in 925 Hijrah and once was the center of Islamic education for Kerala's Muslim community.
The mosque is said to be built by a Hindu artisan and a good friend of Makhdum Ashaari. The structure of this building depicts traditional architectural style of Kerala. Tomb of Ashaari, who later converted into a Muslim, is situated at the same place as of Makhdum.

Ponnani Lighthouse
Located just outside the Ponnani Town at the confluence of Arabian Sea and River Bharathapuzha, Ponnani Lighthouse is a sight of sheer beauty. The lighthouse was created in the year 1983 to offer the guidance to the ship.
Just adjacent to the lighthouse is a steel mast which was erected in year 1937 to light wick of oil lamp
Thottungal Masjid
Believed to be the oldest mosque of Kerala, Thottungal Masjid was constructed about 300 years ago by Sheikh Faridudhin.
Constructed in an unconventional style, the structure instead of domes and minarets is adorned with clay tiles and pitched roof. In fact, the building resembles a house with beautified mogapu and conventional ridges.
Thrikkavu Temple
An important pilgrim center of Kerala, Thrikkavu Temple is an ancient temple dedicated to Shri Durga Bhagavath. The temple is one of the 108 Durga Temples in Kerala created by Parshurama and is said to have derived its name from 'Thrikkani Kaadu'.
The presiding deity of this temple Goddess Durga is believed to be 'Sarvabheeshtapradhyani' i.e. one who grants wishes of all. One will also find the temples of Lord Hanuman, Krishna, Sidhi Vinayaka, Brahma Rakshass, Upa devatha and Sasthavu. A pond is also present near the temple. Navaratri Mahotsavam is a major festival celebrated here annually. On the day of Vijayadashmi, a ritual of Vidyarambham is held where a large number of students gather in the temple premises. It signifies the formal beginning of the education.
