Colman Beach

Colman Beach is situated in Colman Park adjacent to the Mount Baker Bathing Beach. Surrounded by the dropping willows and native plantations, this beach features plenty of area for sunbathing, picnicking, a volleyball court, and a friendly playground.

Nestled in an old forest near Lake Diablo, the Colonial Creek Campground is situated in the North Cascades National Park. The campground has over 90 campsites, each installed with fire pits and picnic tables. Hikers can enjoy hiking and biking at the Thunder Knob Trail and the Thunder Creek Trail. Visitors can also enjoy water activities like fishing, swimming, boating, at the Diablo Lake nearby.

Another waterfall nestled in Van Trump Creek in Pierce County, Washington, Comet Falls is considered the best in the Mount Rainier region. The waterfalls gush in a 462-foot from Van Trump Creek that takes the first plunge and later falls onto two smaller drops. The name of the falls resembles that of a tail of a comet, thus the name! Congregation Ezra Bessaroth is an Orthodox Synagogue in the Seward Park neighbourhood of Seattle. Dai Bai Zan Cho Bo Ji Zen, translating to ‘The Listening to the Dharma Zen Temple on Great Plum Mountain, was founded by Zen Master Genki Takabayashi in North Beacon Hill region in Seattle. After training at one of the two parent Rinzai school temples in Japan, Genki Takabayashi came over to the US upon the invitation of the Seattle Zen Center and founded the temple on the principles of Rinzai Buddhism. Housed in the Denny Blaine Park, which is also called the nudist park, the Denny Blaine Beach is encircled by an old wall that was constructed in the year 1917. This grassy beach has plenty of areas for picnicking, sunbathing, and playing volleyball.
