Rashtrapati Nilayam
The Rashtrapati Nilayam, or Residency House, is a presidential retreat located in Secunderabad, Telangana, Hyderabad for the President’s southern sojourn. Spread over an area of 92 acres, the mansion occupies 35 acres of this area. The remaining 80% is flourishing with lush green lawns, fragrant flower gardens and vegetation.
It has been the residence of several Presidents like K. R. Narayan, Gyani Zail Singh, Dr A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, Pratibha Patil and Ram Nath Kovind. Safilguda Lake
