Anse Patates is a quaint little beach located at the northernmost tip of La Digue Island. It is ideal for swimming and snorkelling, but with supervision. This is because the water here gets too deep too fast due to the lack of reefs. Located on the southern tip of Mahe, the Petite Police beach is situated next to its sister beach the Police Bay. Despite corals lining the beaches, it is unsafe to swim here due to the high waves.
