Adi Shankaracharya Temple
A dedication to the sage Adi Shankara, this temple houses an image of his, in the Yogasana posture along with the images of four disciples. The temple was built in 200 BC by Emperor Ashoka and this stunning structure lies at an elevation on 1100 feet.

Kere Anjaneya Temple
A temple devoted to Lord Hanumana, it also features small shrines devoted to Lord Shiva and Lord Ganesha.
Kigga
At a distance 10 km away from Sringeri, this small town with its picturesque landscapes is a must see area, while here. There are women's changing rooms in the Sirimane Falls.
The Sirimane falls are a sight to behold and the surrounding forest area provide opportunities for adventure sports like trekking and hill climbing. Kigga also is home to an ancient temple dedicated to Saint Rishyasringa.
Sharadamba Temple
Also known as the Sarada Temple, it was established by Acharya Sri Shankara Bhagavatpada. It is devoted to the Goddess Sharadamba.
It has been reconstructed in a South Indian style of architecture and features multiple stone pillars replete with carvings of various Goddesses.
Sringeri Mutt
The famous Adi Shankara, who is regarded as the greatest reformer and most inspirational teacher of the 'samartha', established Sringeri Mutt in the 8th century AD. Erected on the banks of the Tunga River, Sringeri Mutt is a rustic ancient temple with a lot of history attached to it. With a vibrant history and great religious significance attached to this iconic temple, the atmosphere of the temple brims with power, and at the same time, it emanates tranquillity and peace.
Sri Adi Shankara Bhagavatpada was referred to as Jagadguru or the teacher of the world. Sringeri Mutt is the first of the four Amnaya Peethams, which means the throne of the Vedas, established over twelve centuries ago in honour of the sacred traditions of Santana Dharma. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Saraswati, who is the Goddess of Knowledge. The setting of the Sringeri Mutt on the banks of a gently hustling river as the Western Ghats combined with the soft distant murmur of waterfalls.

Torana Ganapati Temple
As the name suggests, this temple is dedicated to Lord Ganesha who is worshipped here in the forms of Kshipra Varaprasadi and Vara Prasadi. The beautiful idol was brought here by Sri Narasimha Bharati IV. The prasad given here is jaggery, coconuts and modaks. The temple has a beautiful and quaint ambience and it compliments the beautiful architecture of the temple.
Vidyashankara Temple
A perfect example of South Indian as well as Vijayanagara styles of architecture, this temple is dedicated to the pontiff Vidyashankara. Many inscriptions depicting the era of the Vijayanagara emperors are seen on the interiors of the structure. It is one of the first Advaitha Matha's founded by Adi Shakara and the first-ever head of the Matha was Sureshwarachrya, Adi Shankara's disciple. The oldest known records of this temple go back to the 8th century.
