One of the main attractions of the temple is the Phra Phrom Stupa, a large golden 4-faced statue of Phra Phrom, the Thai depiction of the Hindu god Brahma.
One of the defining features of this temple is that is built over the sea and is surrounded by mangrove forests, which also support a wide variety of biodiversity.
