American Museum of Natural History
Among the largest museums of its kind, the American Museum of Natural History (AMNH) started its journey on 6th April 1869 and is open from 10 AM till 5:30 PM from Monday to Sunday
Located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, the museum has food court, cafes, drinking fountains, restrooms, Cosmic Shop, Planetarium Shop, Dino Store, exhibition shops and main museum shop along with theatres, interactive touchable exhibits, Discovery Room, educational laboratories, Scales of the Universe, Ross Hall of Meteorites and Gottesman Hall of Planet Earth. Astoria Park is one of the few parks in Queen’s borough. The Dutch settled here first, so most of the area has Dutch architecture. It is also one of the oldest and largest parks in the neighbourhood.
