Hudson River Greenway
The Hudson River Greenway is the longest in Manhattan (3.2 miles) and it offers a beautiful view of the Hudson River and New York City. It stretches from the Bronx down to Battery Park at the south peak of Lower Manhattan.
It is perfect for sightseeing around New York. You can rent a bike from Central Park Bike Rental and cycle all along the pathway. You are suggested to buy a day pass instead of a single ride or half an hour pass if you plan to do a lot of sightseeing.The Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum is located near 12 Ave & W 40 St station on the greenway and costs $33 to visit. One World Observatory is a short walk from Chambers St station and is another famous attraction on the Hudson Greenway. The greenway is also dotted with eateries. Hudson River Greenway is one of the best greenways in NYC to go cycling, jogging, or just take a stroll.

Hudson River Park
Hudson River Park is a waterside park on the Hudson River located in the New York City borough of Manhattan. It is a 550-acre park, making it the second-largest park in Manhattan after Central Park.
Hudson River Park has a lot of piers one can visit. For those visiting with children, head to Pier 51 which has a playground with sand play areas. Pier 63 and 64 have some of the most beautiful lawns. Visitors also can enjoy beach volleyball at Pier 25 and go boating in Pier 40 (the largest pier). One can rent a bike at Bike Rent NYC at Pier 84 and go biking through the park while stopping to visit gardens like the Habitat Garden and Bloom Guide.The park is family-friendly. The Park features four dog runs however, dogs are not allowed on the lawns.

International Center of Photography School
Established in 1974 by Cornell Capa, the International Center of Photography (ICP) in Manhattan’s Lower East Side celebrates visual culture and photography as the leading institution of the world. Open from Thursday till Sunday except on Independence Day, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving Day and New Year’s Eve, from 11 AM to 7 PM, the museum has a photography gallery, school, library, shop and a reading room. Free for ICP students and members and visitors aged 16 and below, the museum entry fee is USD 16 for adults, USD 3 for SNAP/EBT holders and USD 12 for students with ID, guests with disabilities (free for caregivers), military and seniors aged 62 and above.
The Education Office is open from 9 AM till 5 PM from Monday till Friday while the shop consisting of comprehensive photography books, apparel and curated objects is open from Thursday till Sunday from 11 AM to 7 PM. Visit the library that has over twenty thousand books, periodicals and artist files. Explore over 54,000 photographs, publications, print media, audio and video etc from genres such as architecture, documentary, fashion, nature and so on from before 1900 till date sourced from all continents. Regular exhibitions, educational programs for every level, workshops and certified programs are also held.

Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum
Founded by Zachary and Elizabeth Fisher in 1982, Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum is open from Wednesday through Sunday from 10 AM till 5 PM. The general admission cost for 13 to 64 years old is USD 33, seniors above 65 years is USD 31, kids aged between 5 and 12 is USD 24 and free for kids aged four and below, military and veterans.
This maritime and military history museum offers guided and audio tours through the exhibits namely Aircraft Carrier Intrepid, Space Shuttle Pavilion, supersonic reconnaissance Lockheed A-12 plane, Submarine Growler and British Airways Concorde, as well as the World War I biplane reproduction on its lower deck. The Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir is a reservoir in Central Park, in the Manhattan borough of New York. It extends from 86th to 96th Streets and covers 106 acres. It is also known as the Central Park Reservoir.

Jenny Jump State Forest
Jenny Jump State Forest is located in northern Warren County in the northwestern section of New Jersey, on the 1,112-foot high, 6-mile long Jenny Jump Mountain ridge. It is a state-run park in the state of New Jersey and is controlled by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Division of Parks and Forestry (NJDEPDPF). The park's forests are part of the Northeastern coastal forests ecoregion.
The park has wide-ranging hiking trails on the mountainside, featuring massive glacial boulders from the Wisconsin glaciation which range back to roughly 21,000 years ago.
The park's amenities include the Greenwood Observatory which was built by the United Astronomy Clubs of New Jersey (UACNJ) in 1995.
The observatory is open to the public to stargaze only on Saturday nights from April through October. There are many observatories located at Jenny Jump, such as the Brady Observatory which houses a 178MM Refractor as well as a solar observatory. This area is used by many amateur astrophotographers as Jenny Jump park has the darkest skies in New Jersey.The park offers camping facilities from April to October, and also has shelters available throughout the year.Other than the hiking trails, the State Forest facilities also include camping, boating, hunting, fishing, and picnicking. most of the park's features are handicapped accessible.Trails Overview:The trails in the state forest offer clear views of the neighboring farms and woodlands. They offer different types of hiking experiences, from an eagle-view over a wide span of countryside to the quiet lowlands through low-lying areas. • Mountain Lake Trail is the only trail open to biking, The 3.7-mile trail loops around a far-off section of the park.• There are five hiking-only trails. A 1.4-mile circle hike which leads to the two best viewpoints that combine the Spring and Summit trails. There are longer loop-hikes that are also possible.• The Blue Trail carries down the length of this relatively narrow park from the Park Office southwest towards Mountain Lake.
