Shakespeare Garden
Shakespeare garden is a themed garden in New York City. It is located in Central Park in NYC. It is close to the Delacorte Theatre, an open-air venue. The garden has almost all of the 175 plants mentioned in the works of Shakespeare.
There are four acres of plants and flowers in this New York garden. The Charles B. Stover Bench, better known as the Whisper Bench is a famous attraction. If one whispers into one corner of this curved bench, then the voice will travel to the other side for only one other person to hear.All over the garden are bronze plaques that quote Shakespeare. The Belvedere Castle is located near the Shakespeare garden and is free to enter.The garden can be visited with family or alone. The entry is free. Dogs are allowed. Shakespeare Garden is one of the best gardens in New York City.

Shelter Island is a part of Long Island. You will have to take a ferry from Greenport to reach Long Island. Shelter Island is famous for its picturesque beaches, serene hiking trails and it serves as a perfect destination away from the city.
Wades beach is clean and family-friendly (with picnic tables available) beach. Ample parking spots are available and the beach area is not so crowded. There aren't many restaurants or food stalls nearby, but ice cream at "Shelter Island Whale's Tale" is a must-try. Lifeguards are always present during the day time and there are many restrooms and showers on the beach. The water is warm with seagrasses and the sand is rocky with plenty of shells. There is also a natural reserve( Mashomack Preserve) near the beach which you can visit for free.

Shinnecock Hills Golf Club
It is located in Southampton, Long Island in New York State, which is two to three hours’ drive from New York City. It is one of the oldest golf clubs in the city and the country.
From then on, a lot of renovations and restorations have been done to the park to expand its capacity. This was initially designed by Willie Davis with 12 holes, but presently it has 18 holes. This is a private golf club, if you do not have a membership, you must be accompanied by a member, and they can play free of charge but are required to pay for the caddie master and locker room services. People are expected to be in proper golfing attire and mobiles are not supposed to be used while on the ground. Parking for cars is generally available for members and non-members.

Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden
Listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, some of the 19th century Sailors Snug Harbor buildings sprawling across the 83 acres park in New Brighton are used by Snug Harbor Cultural Center and Botanical Gardens. Nestled by Kill Van Kull on Staten Island’s North Shore, the main campus is open from dawn till dusk throughout the year at free of cost. Visit the Botanical Gardens namely Rose Garden, Chinese Scholar’s Garden, White Garden, Perennial Garden, RCSF Tuscan Garden, Allee, Healing Garden, Wetlands and Carl Grillo Glass House.
