Fahnestock State Park
Fahnestock State Park covers a wide expanse of more than 14,000 acres and is a favourite among outdoor enthusiasts. Flushing Meadows Corona Park, better known as Flushing Meadows Park is the best park in New York to take a relaxing stroll or ride bicycles. It is located in Flushing Bay, in the northern part of Queens in New York City.
The Flushing Meadows Natatorium is a 110,000-square-foot building located in the park. It has an Olympic size pool and an ice rink. Flushing Meadows-Corona Park Golf Center
Also known as Flushing Meadows Pitch and Putt, the golf centre at Flushing Meadows-Corona Park adjacent to the United States Tennis Center and Shea Stadium welcomes golfers of all levels.
The 18-hole course is the only night-lit golf centre of New York City and features regulation-sized bent-grass greens of regulation size from forty to eighty yards. You can carry pitching wedge, 9-iron, putter and sand wedge for golfing and completing the course will take around two hours.
