Swiss National Museum
The Swiss National Museum is one of the oldest and most famous historical museums in Switzerland showcasing Swiss history in six permanent exhibitions and a few temporary ones. It houses collections on Swiss culture and a study centre.
It houses objects and art pieces from contemporary urban history, artisan work from Swiss culture and craftsmanship, a pile of dweller's huts, youth movement flags, swiss archaeology exhibitions, and many more. This 1898 museum was renamed National Museum Zurich in 2009. Seilbahn Rigiblick provides a five-minute ride between the scenic Zurichberg Hill and downtown Zurich, northeast of the city. The ride across the dense foliage and trees offers the chance to see breathtaking views of the city and the lake.
It was Zurich's first funicular cable car. One of the two funiculars situated in Zurich, the bright red, blue, and white metal-bodied trams were introduced in 1901 and are perfect for traversing across the hill while keeping a breezy ambience. Theater am Neumarkt
Theater am Neumarkt, today is a modern theatre that hosts regular plays that never fail to impress the audience. It is located in Neumarkt, Old town. The theatre offers contemprory plays along with some performances for kids, time to time.
The theatre houses 220 seats in the hall and another additional 40 seats at the external stage. Every season, the theatre three different theatrical themes to ensure the explores up to its maximum ability. Often school children showcase their talent here as well. Designed and built by renowned architect David Morf in 1742 as a guild house for shoemakers, Theater am Neumarkt is registered as a cultural heritage building under the Swiss Inventory of Cultural Property. In the Early 1940s, the building was converted to be used as a theatre to host guest performances. It was the second theatre stage in Zurich that hosted contemporary plays. The theatre is disabled friendly and happily reserves space for visitors on wheelchairs.

Tonhalle Zurich, home of the Tonhalle Orchester Zurich, is a grand symphony orchestra hall built in 1898 that provides a platform for art performances. It is recognized as one of the finest concert halls in Zurich, has been restored, fully furnished with colorful ornaments and modern amenities.
The hall was designed by two well known Vienna architects, Ferdinand Fellner and Hermann Helmer, in a way that would provide the best orchestral experience to the members of the audience. While divided into several concert halls, the Gross Tonhalle is still one of the best venues for orchestral concerts globally and has been holding its reputation since 1898. Beethoven's symphonies and formal dance performances are regularly performed in the concert hall, which can accommodate 1400 people. Uhrenmuseum Beyer Zurich is located in the center of the city at Bahnhofstrasse 31. As the world's largest private museum dedicated to clocks and watches, its exhibits include high-end sundials, sandglasses, fire clocks, and water clocks.
The museum exhibits 270 pieces with chronological significance in horology, including pieces with artistic and technical advancements dating back to the beginning of time in 1400 BC. In addition, Uhrenmuseum Beyer Zurich holds clocks from the Renaissance and Gothic eras from all around the world, each with special significance.
